What to Expect
Step 1: Submit a Request for Services
Complete our Request for Services form to tell us about your child, your family’s needs, and your insurance coverage. This information helps us begin reviewing your request and determine the next steps.
Step 2: Initial Review
Once we receive your request, our team will review your information, verify your insurance benefits, and ensure we have the information needed to move forward. If additional documentation is required, we’ll reach out to you.
Step 3: Preparing for Services
Once all required paperwork has been received, your child will be placed on our active waitlist if services are not immediately available. As clinical openings become available, our team reviews the waitlist and reaches out to families when we’re ready to move forward.
Step 4: Assessment Authorization
When a clinical opening becomes available, our team will obtain any required insurance authorization for your child’s assessment before moving forward with the clinical process.
Step 5: Intake & Assessment
Once authorization for the assessment has been received, your assigned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will guide you through the intake process and complete your child’s assessment. This allows us to better understand your child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals while developing an individualized treatment plan.
Step 6: Starting ABA Services
Following the assessment, our team will submit the required documentation to obtain authorization for ABA services. Once all required authorizations have been received, your child’s clinical team will begin providing services in accordance with the individualized treatment plan.
