Christina Morales, MS, BCBA Founder & CEO, IQR Group
Christina Morales founded Piece of the Puzzle with a vision of creating meaningful, individualized support for children and families. Her belief that support changes outcomes has shaped POTP from the beginning and continues to guide its commitment to inclusion, quality, and respect. Today, Christina serves as CEO of IQR Group, where she continues to advance that vision across a growing network of programs supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
Madison Garrity, MS, BCBA Executive Director, IQR Group
Madison serves as Executive Director of IQR Group, providing leadership and support across its organizations, including Piece of the Puzzle. With a background in psychology and behavior analysis, Madison brings extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities across a variety of settings. She works closely with the POTP leadership team to strengthen clinical quality, develop leaders, and ensure the systems and support are in place for both families and team members to thrive.
Sarah Motsay Director of Operations, IQR Group
Sarah serves as Director of Operations for IQR Group, supporting the systems and operations that help Piece of the Puzzle and its team thrive. With a background spanning early childhood education, medical records, data integrity, and credentialing, Sarah brings a strong understanding of both people and systems to her role. She works closely with POTP’s leadership team to strengthen processes, support staff, and ensure the operational infrastructure is in place to provide high-quality services to individuals and families.
Ashley Schweisthal, BS, BCaBA Coordinator of Clinical Operations
Ashley has been part of Piece of the Puzzle for five years, growing from her fieldwork experience as a BCaBA into her current role as Coordinator of Clinical Operations while completing her master’s degree and BCBA fieldwork. She is passionate about coaching analysts and RBTs, strengthening clinical quality, and helping team members build confidence and leadership skills. Ashley especially values collaborating with families and ensuring they feel genuinely supported through high-quality, individualized care. Outside of work, she loves sports and anything outdoors.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Rennay Bookall, MS, BCBA Behavior Consultant
Rennay Bookall is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a diverse background in youth development, education, and behavior analysis. Before joining Piece of the Puzzle, she spent seven years in leadership with the Boys & Girls Club and six years as a school counselor. Over the past four and a half years at POTP, Rennay has grown from RBT to Student Analyst to BCBA. She is passionate about creating meaningful behavior change for learners and families while supporting strong teams and leadership. Outside of work, Rennay enjoys gardening and listening to music.
Alyssa Dangler, MS, BCBA Behavior Analyst
Alyssa has worked with children with autism for 13 years and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for seven. She is passionate about partnering with families and RBTs to provide high-quality, individualized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. During her five years at Piece of the Puzzle, Alyssa has continued to grow as a leader and coach, helping RBTs build their skills and confidence while supporting meaningful outcomes for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, friends, and family.
Jordan Santoro, MS, BCBA Behavior Analyst
Jordan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about helping individuals build independence, confidence, and the skills to advocate for themselves. Before entering the field of ABA, she worked as a Home Health Aide and volunteered as a peer mentor supporting adults with cognitive disabilities as they worked toward certifications and employment. Jordan values individualized support, collaboration with families and team members, and meeting each person where they are. Outside of work, she enjoys serving at her church and singing on the worship team.
RBT Leadership Positions
Brianna, BS, RBT Student Analyst
Brianna is a Student Analyst at Piece of the Puzzle with two years of experience providing ABA services across home, school, and community settings. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she continued her education and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida International University. Brianna is passionate about supporting children and families and creating meaningful, positive change in their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing games.
Kelly Didier, RBT Employee Success Coach
Kelly has been part of Piece of the Puzzle for four years, growing from an RBT and now an Employee Success Coach. With experience in early childhood education and ABA, she is passionate about helping children build independence and confidence to try new things and reach their goals. Kelly especially values celebrating meaningful successes alongside the children and families she supports. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming at the beach and collecting seashells.
Tatiana Steinkraus, RBTEmployee Success Coach
Tati began her career in education in 2016 and joined Piece of the Puzzle in 2023, where she discovered a passion for ABA and individualized learning. She loves using play to create meaningful learning opportunities while helping learners grow with compassion and without judgment. Tati believes in celebrating every milestone and embracing progress over perfection. Outside of work, she enjoys treasure hunting at thrift stores with a boba tea in hand.
Kenesia Lawerence, RBT Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Kenesia Lawrence is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician with five years of experience supporting children and young adults with diverse developmental and behavioral needs. Since joining Piece of the Puzzle three years ago, she has grown from RBT to Lead RBT. Kenesia is passionate about helping learners build meaningful skills and independence while feeling included, valued, and respected. Outside of work, she loves traveling, going on adventures, and spending time with her family.
Rachel Mulraney, RBTLead Registered Behavior Technician
Rachel is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Piece of the Puzzle with more than three years of experience in ABA. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and helping them develop new skills, especially in the area of communication. Rachel values the collaborative environment at Piece of the Puzzle and the opportunity to continue growing professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys building LEGO sets, listening to music, watching TV and movies, and spending time with her two cats.
